Foundation for Quality Care
The Foundation for Quality Care, Inc. is a 501 (c) 3, tax-exempt, non-profit
organization dedicated to improving the quality of care in Nursing Homes through
the provision of innovative programs, research and education.
2009 Annual Report
The Foundation for Quality Care is pleased to announce the release of its first Report to the
Community. This report discusses the mission, programs and accomplishments of the Foundation
since its inception in 2002 and also looks forward to discuss key areas of interest for the future.
