The programs of the Foundation for Quality Care, Inc. are dependent upon funding from multiple sources including:

 

 

The Nurse Leadership Institute programs are funded in part through the Health Workforce Retaining Initiatives grant funded by the New York State Department of Health and the U.S. Health Resources and Services Administration Nurse Education, Practice, and Retention Program. 

 

 

This includes programs such as the study of Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning (HVAC) and energy utilization study for skilled nursing facilities as jointly funded by the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA)

 

 

To date this has included programs underwritten by the Foundation for Quality Care, Inc which have included: Nurse Leadership Institute Pilot Program; Pilot Leadership Institute for Administrator program; “Art from the Heart” program.
